WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS AND HOW WE OBTAIN IT
Personal data that we process about you and the scope of which varies in particular according to the purpose and services provided:
For the purposes of concluding and administering the contract and carrying out the delivery
- Identification data (name, surname, date of birth, address)
- Contact data (e-mail, phone number)
- Company name, COMPANY ID/VAT number
- registered office (if you are an entrepreneur)
We obtain personal data primarily directly from you (especially when concluding a contract and during a contractual relationship).
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In particular, we use your personal data for the following purposes:
- to conclude the contract and execute your order;
- communicate with you and manage our contractual relationship;
- analyze, evaluate and improve our customer service;
- resolving your complaints and grievances;
- to comply with our legal obligations;
If it is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract, or for the protection of our legitimate interests related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, based on your consent or if permitted by law that also provides for the protection of your rights, we use technology in particular to create your customer profiles for the above purposes.
We keep your personal data only for as long as any of the above processing purposes last and subsequently only for the period and under the conditions in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis that allows us to process your personal data depends on the purpose for which we process the personal data. We may therefore process your personal data in a specific case without your consent because:
- it is necessary for the purpose of entering into or performing a contract with you;
- it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g. in the field of accounting and taxes);
- it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests (e.g. in connection with the assertion of claims arising from concluded contracts or in connection with the analysis and improvement of our services);

We may provide your personal data to:
- service providers who provide us with their services related to our activities, in particular carriers, intermediaries of your payments, persons assisting us with the administration of contracts and claims for performance by you, or who print and deliver documents;
- other persons in accordance with the relevant legal regulations (e.g. notification to the tax authorities in cases provided for by law, to the police in the context of criminal investigations, etc.).
WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW WE USE THEM
Cookies are small data files that are necessary for the proper functioning of the site and that we therefore place on your computer, as most websites do. These are text files that websites store on your computer or mobile device when you start using the site.
For a certain period of time, the site will remember the actions and settings you have made on it – e.g. the contents of the shopping cart. Therefore, you do not have to enter this information again when you visit the site again and move between the individual sections of the site.

- the right to clear, transparent and comprehensible information about how we use your personal data and what your rights are;
- the right to access personal data and provide other information related to their processing by the Company;
- the right to rectification of incorrect and incomplete personal data;
- the right to erasure of your personal data, in particular if (i) they are no longer needed for further processing; (ii) you have withdrawn your consent to their processing; (iii) you have legitimately objected to their processing; (iv) have been processed unlawfully; or (v) they must be erased in accordance with the law;
- the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if (i) you contest the accuracy of the personal data for as long as we do not verify their accuracy; (ii) the processing is unlawful; (iii) we no longer need it, but you need the data for the purpose of asserting your legal claims or (iv) you object to its processing until we verify whether our legitimate reasons outweigh your interests;
- the right to object to the processing of your personal data if we process it (i) for direct marketing purposes or (ii) for the purposes of our legitimate interests;
- the right to obtain your personal data and transfer it to another service provider;

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
To ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, which is extremely important to us, we use technical and organizational measures, in particular to protect against unauthorized access to data and their misuse, to ensure the security of our IT systems and data recovery in the event of an incident. Where appropriate, we use encryption to protect your data. We regularly evaluate and update all measures.
The processing of personal data takes place manually and in electronic information systems, which are subject to physical, technical and procedural control. In order to protect the data, we have a security mechanism in place including technical, organizational and personnel measures, and we also require the same level of protection from our processors.
